  Dr. Gary is the best Vet. Very caring he show compassion, communication, and clinical expertise. His kindness, empathy, and patience, especially during this difficult times for us with our dog (tumor on her breast) show us that he genuinely care for animals. Diagnoses, treatments, and procedures were clearly explain.Short wait time. Great staff. Surgery went well thanks to him and the surgeon, I am thankful.

  The doctor and staff were amazing. Very helpful kind and compassionate. Took in my new senior kitty and she was thoroughly checked, they worked around the budget I had to help this little life. I’m so grateful

  I’m extremely disappointed with Petco Animal Hospital. The entire reason I switched to this location was because I was explicitly told that if I brought my dog in just for his allergy shot, I would only have to pay for the shot itself. My dog has chronic allergies and receives this injection every four months this is nothing new or unusual. Now, I’m being told I need to pay a full exam fee even though my dog was seen less than five months ago. Alternatively, I can have a technician administer the shot, but then I’m charged a $62 technician fee. So on top of the nearly $100 cost of the shot, I’m being charged simply because someone is giving it to my dog. That makes absolutely no sense. I have never been charged an exam fee or a separate administration fee for a routine allergy shot at my previous vet. This feels like unnecessary and misleading upcharges that were never explained upfront. If I had known this from the start, I never would have switched here especially since I don’t even live nearby. This is my second review, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t improved. The customer service is terrible, and it feels like this clinic is more focused on tacking on extra fees than actually helping pets and their owners. Very disappointed and would not recommend based on my experience.
