- MTMimi TsuiJan 2, 20263.0Went there to look at some fish and pick up some items. The fish area has improved as the tanks look very clean. There are few tanks with dead fish, but it is to be expected. Now to why such few stars. I brought some items to the register and each item I purchased did not ring up correctly. The cashier stated the prices were sale prices and I showed her the picture of the items under the price. I said No issue if she couldn't adjust the price as I stated I would just not purchase all. She mentioned she would have no issue to change but when the total came up it didn't add up correctly. I told her several times the total was not correct even doing the math out loud with her. She looked dumbfounded each time. After the 3rd time the male associate next to her adjusted the whole transaction. I am in no way trying to shame anyone, but really you must please keep up with correct pricing to avoid issues like these.

- ARAlexis RamanoDec 11, 20251.0Can not recommend this place to anyone. While not only is the staff rude, they are unhelpful. Took my dog here to be groomed. She smelled of smoke when I picked her up and the hair cut looks like it was done by a child. I had to give her a bath once we got home to remove the smell of smoke. The store itself is dirty. With pee around just about every corner. Some with soaked paper towls thrown over top. Lots of items seem to be out of stock but half filled coffee cups and other trash seems to fill the empty spots. No item seems to be in the right area for pricing either. I am very disappointed with this petco as it is local and would of been perfect for all of our dogs needs. However after this experience I do not think this store is as good as people say it is. If you want your dog to smell worse than when you dropped them off, pay hidden fees for a lazy grooming job for "materials". Not pick up items that are listed available online at this locations site.To be treated like a bother when asked to check for your dogs food then this is the place for you and to walk through pee puddles this is the place for it.
