Due to distance, I chose this branch instead. While I appreciate having access to affordable care, I found the service here to be a bit lacking. The staff didn’t seem as professional or warm as I had hoped. There wasn’t much interaction or gentle care shown toward the animals, which made the experience feel impersonal. I understand that everyone has busy days, but I believe a little more compassion and attentiveness would make a big difference, especially when it comes to caring for our pets. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
