The staff seems to truly care about the animals they treat, which I am sure makes their job difficult when they are treating animals in distress. Despite this, they remain professional and understanding, something we truly appreciate.

- JJJoannaJan 17, 20261.0The worst vet to take your pet! First the Dr. Torres diagnosed my dog's eye wrong. The excuse he used was that the dog is aggressive. I went again to get his eye checked I heard up front from DR. Lawson that he is aggressive and should be sedated they cannot do it here. I found a great doctor where my dog was examined properly, his blood was taken without giving him any calming down medication, and no sedation was needed. There aren't too many real doctors left, most of them want to give your pets pills and have you do everything. They hire an intern to help, but they really need experienced staff who can handle all types of dogs. Not the tiny girl who can not hold the dog plus so scared of every dog. DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PET THERE.

Everything was great at first but these last few appointments the new vet techs have been extremely rude. You can tell they are only there for a check and the receptionist has the worst attitude. I’m currently waiting to hear from a manager because I had plenty of issues at our last appointment. However since they found out I will no longer be a client the receptionist is sending me straight to voicemail. Even when she knew I had a medication to pick up. She also told the person in front of my husband the directions for their medication and didn’t tell my husband anything and just let him walk out with it. She was also trying to not give us our discount through our pet insurance. He had to tell her. Even though it’s in their file and we’ve never had to tell them about it prior. If you want a vet that is there for your pets and not a paycheck avoid this place.
