- EJElizabeth Johnson5 days ago1.0I was a client here for over 2 years since I moved to LI from AL. Everything was great at first but these last few appointments the new vet techs have been extremely rude. You can tell they are only there for a check and the receptionist has the worst attitude. I’m currently waiting to hear from a manager because I had plenty of issues at our last appointment. However since they found out I will no longer be a client the receptionist is sending me straight to voicemail. Even when she knew I had a medication to pick up. She also told the person in front of my husband the directions for their medication and didn’t tell my husband anything and just let him walk out with it. She was also trying to not give us our discount through our pet insurance. He had to tell her. Even though it’s in their file and we’ve never had to tell them about it prior. If you want a vet that is there for your pets and not a paycheck avoid this place.

- JAJ AnnNov 30, 20251.0These people are crooks with ice cold demeanor. I came here with 12 week old kittens i just adopted in the crate the shelter lent me for their shots. I came in and they said we are unable to see them unless they are in separate crates then instructed me to buy one. I went to the aisle and it's 87 99. So you want me to purchase a 90 dollar crate so my kittens can get vaccinated?!!!!! I told the rude workers I'm not paying 90 dollars for a crate right now and the woman was so quick to throw me my records. I wouldn't trust them with a goldfish at this point. They are not caring and definitely out to get as much money out of you as soon as you walk through the door. Mind you my kittens were already in a crate.

I needed refills on his prescription and they wouldn’t give them to me . Then they wanted to charge me another 375 for a blood test after I came in 2 weeks later. Instead of being honest and telling me to take the blood test while I was there they lied to me about refilling his prescription. They are all about money and couldn’t care less about my dog .
