Out of stock for ~1 month. Chews for a specific species of rodent? 90% of the ones here are toxic for them since they change everything. You baby is on a certain food? Not anymore they're rotating the brands. Went here for 10+ years for my chinchilla's things, not anymore after the past idk how many times

Called the store and spoke to the manager, got offered my money back, got promised a new appt. to give them a chance to “blend” the look of their faces due to their SHAVED noses, and my calls to set this up and have been dodged and ignored subsequent. I had to take all of my dogs to the doctor because of razor burn and a bloody rear end. This place is not a safe place for your grooming needs and I will never go back there again. GO TO A QUALITY GROOMER.

I called before picking him up no one answered so I went to pick him up at 345pm he wasn’t ready still 5 hour no call no nothing I ask what took so long someone told me oo he had to take a break to eat. 1st of all I think there we’re training someone new with my dog you should ask before cause not everyone will be ok with that. Then they said he wasn’t even cause he wasn’t still of course what dog will being there 5 hours and I never have a problem with him every one always say when I take him in that he such a nice and easy dog
