The shelves are kept clean although I noticed that there was a good amount of empty space. The aquarium stock seems well maintained with a good selection. All of the animals seem to be in clean and spacious confines. We especially enjoy socializing with the kittens. Visiting with them always prompts me to buy a new treat for my own cats. The cashiers are friendly and engaging.
