    Very disappointed with my service. The groomer was late (we had first appointment 10am). My dog was there 4.5 hours when normally it takes about 2.5 hours. The haircut was not good, I have a goldendoodle and the cut was not as requested. Also very uneven. I will be going back to the Amhest location, they do a much better job!

    First time I can honestly give a bad review. We called before we came to make sure they was doing walk ins. The manager working this day was rude. They rushed out service and didn’t finish properly. Hoping we don’t see this manager again if so we will have to find a new place. Sucks because our Dog loves to come here he is comfortable.
