With numerous calls to the customer service phone # with no response. I set up another appt to try and get the correction done. They helped me and I didn’t have to wait long for the updated certificate to be emailed to me. Thank you to the staff at the clinic at Niagara Falls Petco for all your help.

To have it set up in the middle of the store with bunch of dogs upset n in a long line just stresses the animals out not mention annoys all the customers actually trying to shop and walk around everyone. My appointment was almost 40mins behind schedule and when I try to reschedule for the booster there are no dates available at that location for a month. I would not recommend vaccination clinic to anyone unless they only needed like a rabies shot or one vaccine. Felt like my dog was on an assembly line and received no personal attention.
