- ABAdam BirDec 13, 20251.0Got turned away for our grooming appointment after waiting 20 minutes to check in. They stated they will not take dogs with a muzzle on because they are a "muzzle free facility." Nowhere was this stated ahead of time and the policy doesn't make much sense.
