When I stopped in at the location in Niagara Falls NY to look at the parakeets, there was one in particular that caught my eye. The employee-I think her name was Emily- that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was very happy with my purchase and the customer service I got there. I just wish they sold zebra finches, I have a female that needs a mate also.
