He came back quickly with the item in question. Easy Peazy. Screen for SUV to keep dogs in back seat. It was easy to install. Have not put to the test just yet, Appears to be wel made for a reasonable price.

From the moment she opened the door, she carried herself with a miserable attitude—no greeting, no smile, no courtesy. She simply left the door open for me to walk in without saying a word. When she finally spoke, it was to ask my dog’s name in a rude, unfriendly tone, and then to question the validity of his international passport and rabies vaccination (valid until 2028). This exact same document was accepted without issue at another Petco location in Amherst. Instead of handling it professionally, she let out a huge sigh, rolled her eyes, and said she’d “go check” if it was valid. By that point, I had already made up my mind—I wasn’t about to leave my dog with someone who clearly had no care or respect for animals or their owners. Pets are people’s most precious companions. They feel everything, and they deserve to be treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. A groomer’s job isn’t just to provide a service—it’s to make sure animals feel safe and owners feel confident leaving them in your hands. If someone comes to work in such a foul mood, showing zero empathy or professionalism, they should not be working with animals at all. I left without completing the appointment, and I will not be returning. Petco needs to take a serious look at who they are putting in front of customers and, more importantly, in charge of our pets.
