- HHhellyFeb 4, 20264.0Pricing is great but the "clinic" is a table in the middle of the store with no barriers. Not sure what their safety plan is if a cat decides to bolt and hide (they can't exactly keep the dogs separate so I wouldn't be surprised if that spooked a cat)... Overall, service is affordable and speedy after check-in. The appointment system is not great because they need to do first come first serve (and they probably overbook, tbh) to clear the line since there is no waiting area (again, this is just a table in the middle of the second floor). One can expect to wait a bit in line if there is one upon arrival, even if you made an appointment.
