They were both deeply kind and courteous. They thoroughly examined and explained the existing documentation + considered all the possibilities given my boy’s medical history. Best yet, they explained the reasoning behind treatment decisions both past and present. I found this last bit very reassuring (in spite of my chronic worries as a pet parent). If you’re in doubt, don’t be!! This is definitely the place.

I find them to be incompetent. They misdiagnosed my cats on more than one occasion and I have decided to go somewhere else. Please do not send me any more emails about needing exams. I will never come back to this office and I’m not going to call you to discuss. Remove me from your email list.
