- LLLeah LESApr 12, 20263.0I love our groomer, she does a great job - so she really gets all the stars but I have a couple of issues (not with her per se) My dog should take no more than two hours to groom yet I’m told to come back in 3-4 hours - so what is happening to my dog during that time? Are they working on two dogs at one time? And why are the prices different on line than when you get into the store?

Just recently spoke to a guy in grooming after calling 3 times, 2 different days, he said “it’s busy, we’ll give a call back.” no one ever calls back. This has been my issue for the last year, I can officially say I am done having to chase a company for a service. Petco needs to do better!

- MRMarisol RosadoMar 11, 20263.0I wish I could give Petco Grooming 5 stars but seeing the groomer become frustrated with my baby girl was a bit disappointing, this was my Yorkies 2nd time in 9 years going to a groomer I have groomed her for 8 years because groomers just don't know how to cut a Yorkies hair. My Yorkie came out with one ear rounded and the other Pointy, her belly was halfway shaved and half with hair. The groomer came to me as if she were running a marathon which tells she might not have the patience or having my dog there for four hours she must have had plenty more dogs before mine. I don't think I will be taking her back to Petco for grooming again especially for $145 luckily, I had discounts
