  Great looking store but not once did someone offer any assistance or greet me when I was in the store. selection was great for products - the boutique feel was nice - but no one made any attempt to engage for assistance. I also spent a good amount of time looking at the books of patches when I figured someone would ask if I wanted to make something. but nope!

  They do their best but didnt finish doing Kilo my dog’s nails which I paid $200+ to have done (package) included!!! I took off my previous remark PETCO is not at fault by who they hire. Not the groomer she was gentle with my Kilo:)

  I took my dog to this Petco location for a basic bath appointment — not grooming, just a simple bath. During the appointment, the staff severely injured her ear. This was not a minor nick. The injury was so deep that it required an emergency visit to the vet ER and seven stitches under anesthesia. It was extremely distressing to see my dog go through this, especially from what should have been a low-risk, routine service. This raises serious concerns about the training, handling, and safety protocols at this location. I hope this review encourages better oversight going forward, because no pet owner should have to experience something like this. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

  This 2nd Ave- Turtle Bay neighborhood location has wonderful, considerate,helpful and very hard working employees. I was there for a long time coordinating my online order as some of my food was not available in the necessary quantity online, so I was able to hear and observe many transactions as I was not far from registers. They may have been under staffed but all were super nice and someone passed by twice and offered help. I also observed a wonderful, helpful woman cashier who eventually left and was replaced by a wonderful helpful patient and considerate colleague. The experience was memorable because the lone cashier (there when I arrived) was so busy but extremely professional and helpful and I saw her still go out of her way to make sure customers were still given the help they needed thru the full transaction, like helping a customer purchasing a fish tank by asking about how they were transporting it and offering a cart to get to their car and just going the extra mile. Service level for all that I observed was top tier and over and beyond expectations. I wish I lived closer to this location but 86 and Lexington is great too, lots of friendly associates there too. Also shout out to Online and Call Center Customer Service.....service is unmatched. You will always have the most pleasant and helpful customer service. Blessings....

  Twice been here, worst experience! The worst store ever! FRANCES one of the staff the RUDEST staff ever ! She giving mean face, not even nice to customers! I’m looking for one item that I couldn’t found it on the 2nd floor, i asked her if she can help me to find it, but she answered me “ 2nd floor! “ I said i did just from 2nd floor but couldn’t found it, she answered me rude “ I DONT KNOW ! “ Wow! Amazing! If you work there and you don’t know where the items then how about your customers??? Not even say HI when customers check out , not even said THANK YOU after customer pay. The way she working like she working for free, because she doesn’t even care with her attitude to customers!
