  Horrible experience. Shawn the manager, Katherine the groomer and Fernanda the person at the front desk when I arrived were very rude on several levels. I called and was hung up on 4 times before I finally got through to Katherine who answered the phone and was very rude before my arrival. When I got there they were walking past me having conversations with one another instead of attending to my service. I will no longer be a customer in whole because I can see from the reviews I’m not alone. I called corporate and made a complaint as well. I was very embarrassed and say there for over a hour and left with no service.

  I wish I would have had the ladies name who helped me she was so helpful and helped me get on Petco App so I can get a good deal on my New Dog's Kennel. Good Customer service Goes a long way and I'd probably go back to this location even though it's further away from my closet location just because of the helpful, friendly,happy atmosphere.

  Came here and got four fish and four snails. Got home and realized all four snails were dead. Let them acclimate and released into my tank just in case I was wrong, but I wasn’t. So now I’m out almost $20 because this isn’t my neighborhood and I can’t just take time off to go return them.
