Everything was good. The vet doctor Dr. Sharife had a attitude and felt rushed and just not a pleasant experience. He seemed mad because I was asking questions. Vet have become a business instead of really helping animals. Clean Ans friendly front desk.

I had a great experience with most of the staff and prices are reasonable also waiting time. There is just one elder guy very rude and have cero customer service skills,
Please avoid this person, very frustrating because he is stubborn and keeps repeating this is a pop up and we are not responsible for blah blah blah. He yelled and me and called me nasty, repeating his words over and over again in front of clients and veterinarians. I refused to talk to him and asked to direct me to the veterinarian instead to avoid this conflictive person.

I took my dog to the Vetco clinic on October 2nd at 5:15pm and had a terrible experience. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and refused to give my dog a rabies shot, claiming it was “not due for another six months.” I later called Vetco to confirm and was told this is not company policy.
When I asked for the staff member’s name to report the incident, they refused to provide it which shows they knew the reasoning is bs. Looking at other reviews, it seems this individual has been the source of multiple complaints.
Rabies vaccination is a serious public health matter and this type of behavior significantly damages Petco’s reputation. I will not be bringing my dog back here and will put in a formal complaint to address this lack of professionalism.

Came in and was greeting so politely by a woman at the front desk then a male told her to let him take over as if maybe he was training her. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional and should definitely not be training someone. He told me my dog was “legally” required to get a specific vaccines that are completely optional. She is soon to be 4 years old and it’s not my first rodeo. Not sure if that was his way into tricking people into vetcos package deals. I explained to him my dog had previously had a reaction to their bordetella shot and I did not want her to get that shot there instead just her rabies shot (as she has previously gotten there) he told me “well since you just finished openly admitted to me that she has had a reaction we will never be able to service her [proceeded to type stuff on the computer], not here or at anyone of our clinics because if your animal has an allergic reaction she will die on the table and we cannot save her. I have just put it in her chart so she will never be able to be seen” which I completely understand policies however there are professional ways to say such and have some compassion/ empathy. I had went with both my animals, a cat and a dog. My cat would have been a new patient which despite his rudeness I was still considering having just my cat seen. He then proceeded to say “ so you can decide if you would like to be see by us tonight or not” I decided not to and would just take them to my local vet which I should have went to in the first place. I was looking forward to coming back to this clinic as there customer service on the phone where so polite but he has ruined my experience.
