  Horrible service, the Doctor n PA afraid of my dog. Wanted me to get him sedated to get his blood work for heart worm n ear cytology. I put the mussle on him n my daughter n i held him while he scaredly gave him the bordatella shot n i gave him the lipto drink. So yes we paid for service we had to administer ourselves. And this is not the first time. On top of my dog recieving 2 doses of gabapentin 300mg as they gave me the last time and the doctor stated i must of gotten the meds from another vet where i only take him to Vetco. This doctor is rude n not good with big dogs. I spoke to a few owners n they say he prescribes sedatives to them all the time. Not doing his job.

  Words cannot fully capture our gratitude for this veterinary team. We recently had to make the impossible decision to say goodbye to our sweet cat. they treated us and our kitty with the utmost dignity, gentleness, and grace. Dr. Daragh Carroll explained the process with patience, gave me all the time we needed for a peaceful farewell, and their kindness was a profound comfort. In the deepest grief, their empathy made an unbearable situation feel supported and cared for. For anyone facing this difficult journey, I can think of no more compassionate place to be. Thank you for helping me give my dear kitty a gentle and loving passing.

  The first appointment was with a great vet who showed genuine care for my pet. But the second appointment for an X-ray was with a different doctor who didn’t like my pet and then reprimanded me for asking questions about my pet’s condition. To make matters worse, my understanding was that the second appointment was to get an x-ray but the doctor said they were booked up already. What? I had an appointment for an X-ray and you are already booked up? Why wasn’t my x-ray appointment honored? Or why didn’t someone call me and cancel the X-ray appointment then? They charged me for the visit and told me to schedule the x-ray for a later date! Talk about bait and switch. Waste of my time and money. Don't be fooled by the owner's reply. They offered no correction whatsoever.

  I had a great experience at Vetco Total Care in Union Square, especially thanks to Dr. Kenya Crawford. She was incredibly sweet, gentle, and kind with my cat, and she made both of us feel very comfortable during the visit. Dr. Crawford took the time to explain everything clearly and with so much patience, and I could really feel how much she genuinely cares about her patients. It’s rare to meet a veterinarian with such warmth and compassion, and I am truly grateful for the care she provided. I would happily recommend Dr. Crawford to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy vet.
