Unbelievable. Will never be going back here again

A few days ago, we visited this location for his grooming appointment. Upon arrival, the computer was malfunctioning, and our information wasn’t displayed. So, the stylist, Maryna T., took out a paper and pen to jot down my details. I explained that my dog is currently fluffy and I wanted a low cut without a super fluffy face or tail. I requested that she scissor down his face and tail to give him a neat appearance, which she could achieve by shaving, brushing, and scissoring. Maryna interrupted my requests several times and then agreed to my initial request but added additional services, resulting in extra charges for everything I wanted. Despite my assurance that she understood my request, I left feeling confident and ready to pay whatever it took to make my dog look nice. When I arrived later to pick him up, they handed me my receipt to pay first before I could see him. Finally, when I could see him, he looked nothing like what I had requested. I didn’t even recognize my own dog. It was as if Maryna had taken a razor blade and ran it all over his body without a care in the world. She shaved him from head to toe down to the skin, leaving uneven patches everywhere. It’s cold outside, why would she shave a hairy dog this low in this kind of weather? And why? I’m highly dissatisfied and upset with the work that was done to him. He’s not eating or socializing like he normally does. I was overcharged for additional services only for her to shave him down to the skin. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
