They assured me it they had all these items in stock, and i traveled all the way there for NONE OF THE ITEMS i asked about was in stock. THIS WAS DURING THE DAY OF THE SNOW STORM!! Very disappointed and a waste of my time and money!

The birds would slam their heads into the glass if you put your hand up to it. I’m not an expert but many of the animals looked bad, even for a chain pet store. The bettas were being kept in tiny little plastic cups. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the smell was really bad.
