You promptly answered the phone, cancelled my subscription and the local store did( eventually) take back the dog food and refund the money. Thank you. THat is truly escellent service.

I brought a cat to the Santa photos event and was absolutely mistreated by the staff there.One staff person told another that someone was here to give away a cat, how about someone ask rather than make nasty assumptions. For being a PET company, yall are not treating all pets & their owners the correct way. Wasted time, money and my cat was all sad and no one could be bothered to direct me in the correct direction.
