- JJJahFeb 7, 20262.0I’m a regular customer at this store and the food is great, employees are MOSTLY nice but the biggest issue is the chihuahua lady. Every time I enter the store and she’s there her dogs are NEVER leashed, they urinate and poop on the store floor-GROSS and yes I understand accidents happen but I have witnessed this woman do it multiple times and the employees are just too worried about a bad review to tell her to leave. she takes up almost all the space, she talks for like hours a o the employees and other customers can’t even get their needs met. it’s a shame. i refuse to ship from lincoln center anymore because of that lady. she makes me extremely uncomfortable and my dog as well.

However, when paying for a bag of treats that costs 65 dollars, I expect much better service than I received. I’ve lived in New York for many years and understand the NYC personality; but this was one of the most disappointing and hostile experiences I have had with a store employee. She acknowledged my dog more than she did me (which was not at all). I felt I was bothering her and she didn’t even direct me to where the cash was - I had never been to the store before. Additionally, I had to repeat my phone number three times to create an account with the store and had to confirm with her she had the correct number otherwise my information would have been incorrectly recorded. She provided me no information and once I left the store I saw the employees were gossiping about me. Truly an unprofessional experience for a premium product. Go to the Greenwich village location where you are actually treated like a person.
