  Started with Bihari on a recommendation that I am forever grateful for. Steph, Diane and Mae (the staff) are the best, and clearly knowledgeable about a variety of breeds. They have been caring for my Min Pin, who is a tough sell, for 2 yrs now. She is quite comfortable with them and returns energetic and happy. I am glad to have found Bihari and recommend them for your needs.

  Joe Bihari is one of the kindest, thoughtful, and generous people I have had the pleasure to know! Joe's family and staff are simply wonderful! They make sure to get to know each pet I bring them. My life can be unpredictable and Joe always makes sure there is a space for any of my pets. I know my pets very well and I could tell when I picked up my cat that they were brushing her without even telling me or charging. They treat the pets like their own and the people like family! I have been lucky enough to be a customer since 1992. I can't count the number of times they have helped me and my pets, including a foster dog.

  Recommended by our dog trainer and definitely an amazing place with very nice staff. Definitely will be doing this more often. Thank you to the staff for taking amazing care of our boy Scooby.

  Bihari saved the day for us! We got a rescue dog in May and did not know what kind of behavioral issues we would have to deal with. We also had a two week trip already booked for August. As August approached and I was unsure how we would leave our dog with anyone else, my dog trainer recommended Bihari. He assured me that they are well equipped to deal with any type of behavioral issues and not to worry. Well I worried - a lot - but Bihari did an amazing job every step of the way. They assured me over the phone when I called to check-in multiple times and Steph (sp?) even managed to gain our dog's trust during the time we were gone so that he could go out for walks and even be held! Bihari saved us from cancelling a huge trip and I will always be grateful for the care they provided to our dog.

  I have been going there for the four years, and I cannot say enough of Diane. Wonderful with my late Maxie and my new puppy Jolie.
