- EFELAINE F6 days ago5.0What a great team over at Petco’s Mt Vernon Sanford blvd location. My ROTTIE was on edge when we came in and the front desk team was super patient with her. We were able to get her in the office and from there Marco and Dr Persaud just showed complete care and professional. I wish I remembered everyone’s name that we came in contact with because they all truly deserve a huge shout out. Thank you MtVernon Petco team!! You all Rock! 🫶🏽🐾

The care, the follow ups, the knowledge, how loving and nurturing she was towards my dog she’s never met before. I cannot thank Melissa enough for putting her all into the care for my Louie. Dr. Boules was super informative, and helpful in figuring out what the best care for my pup should be. He was firm, realistic and clear in his instruction and recommendations. Thank you team for giving my dog the care he deserves! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Our pet is having some of the same symptoms. I have called, left messages and to date no one has responded. The visit wasn’t free. We spent close to $500. for the one visit. If this is how you treat customers it’s not very professional at all. I was so happy to know there was a hospital close and accessible but not treatment like this. Dissatisfied customer
