  My cat had an ingrown nail but could not receive treatment unless he got a rabies shot. I was concerned as he is an indoor cat and has never had a rabies shot since I've had him. Having no recourse, I ok'd the shot. The vet tech asked my permission for every aspect of the procedure and gave me the price. I think price wise it was reasonable except for the recommended medications. The staff was courteous and seemed caring and I appreciate that I could get an appointment quickly.

  Small but clean space, bonus that its attached to a very large petco location. My first appointment went very smoothly. Waiting room was not crowded. And my cat got her shots and topical treatment for fleas in and out in about twenty to thirty minutes. My appointment was for about six o'clock, but I got there early, and they're able to take us almost immediately. My second and final appointment, was very crowded, there were a lot of walk-ins but they prioritized the appointments first. In this case I did arrive late, so my appointment got a bit shuffled around but they still made sure I was seen as soon as they could. The staff that managed me the first time and second were the same, a very cool tattoo lady who seemed to enjoy her time and my vet who did the shots was very professional. Between my 2 appointments, I got my cat her rabies shot, blood work, a sample dose of flea medicine and a recommendation for ear mite powder. (Shes was a newly found street kitten)

  Took my cat out of the room to examine him. Didn’t given me any idea as to what he could possibly have, after I gave a multitude of symptoms. Blood test was $178, told me he had a fever and would die if not taken to hospital. Stressed that he would die. Paid for dewormer, took him home and broke his fever that night, he was feeling better the next day. More expensive than helpful.

  Not very welcoming they only seem to care about money, I took my cat in for a check up and a small issue with mucus , they charged me for parasite midisine which I didn’t need and refused to approve my cats meds on chewy for 33 they need approval for shipping. Money thirsty and very little understanding of customer care.

  This place gives wonderful service. Very friendly, helpful, patient, gentle with the cat, very informative. Would highly recommend. His name was Marco.
