Easy and smooth process. My dog received his vaccines and the vets gave me some helpful information. We’ll definitely go back.

The check-in was quick. The wait time was fairly short. The bet could not draw blood after several attempts. I had to stop her as my dog was shaking uncontrollably. My follow-up visit for “booster” shots seemed over priced and not part of the package purchased. This seems a bit like an easy way to make more money. I never received the results of the fecal exam. Not sure if I would return to this establishment for these particular services.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the treatment my family and I received at your Bedford Road location in Mount Kisco, New York. During our visit, false information was entered into my dog’s medical records, stating an allergy that does not exist. When I attempted to clarify this error, the staff refused to listen and denied service—not only to that dog, but also to our other dog, who had previously been cleared to receive all necessary vaccinations, including rabies. The veterinarian on duty was confrontational and disrespectful, getting in our faces and refusing to treat either pet. My husband also attempted to speak with the check-in staff, who were equally dismissive and unwilling to engage. No manager intervened, and we were left feeling humiliated and outraged. This experience was not only unprofessional but emotionally distressing. We deserve a formal apology for the false documentation, the refusal of service, and the unacceptable conduct of your staff. No one should be treated this way—especially not in a public-facing clinic responsible for the health and safety of our pets. We will never return to Vetco at any Petco location, and we urge you to review the behavior of your staff and take appropriate action. The public deserves better. I will report this to Mount kisco county.
