I received a phone call at 2:20 (I was on my way to pick them up) telling me one of my dogs had diarrhea since I left him, that none of the dogs had been groomed because they "had to deal with that". When I asked why they did not call me right away, they had no answer!! I cannot believe my poor dog was sick for hours and these people did not think of calling me. AVOID this place at all cost!
