I went in to buy a new tank and some shrimp for an already established tank, they had a good sale on tanks for members and when i asked for the shrimp the associate asked how old I was and if I had an established tank, which is amazing! This showed me that they truly do care about their animals. The only downside is that there wasn’t many employees around the store and I had to wait in line at the register to ask for help. Would come again 👍

The manager at the store signed me up saying I would get a discount on my purchase and I was weary of doing so, so I asked if I can cancel at anytime, he told me yes. I just called headquarters to cancel and they tell me I am locked in for 12 months . Nothing they can do to stop it before 12 months. Some stores are ok product wise, fish tanks have a bunch of dead fish and disease ridden fish. If you’re going to buy fish, make sure you are going to quarantine then first and have medication on hand. All the cichlids had ich last time I was there. Who knows what kind of internal parasites they have.

He was helpful, knowledgeable & so patient as we decided on a pet for our daughter. He helped us put together a great starter kit of essentials & was just genuinely a nice guy. 10/10 service.
