  Wanted to give a zero star rating. I went for a grooming appointment for the first time at Petco. Clearly from the time I walked in with my puppy the girl didn’t want to do it. Asked for proof of vaccination I showed her and she acted like my proof was fake because it was from my Banfield app on my phone because one of them did not have the doctor’s name, which I explained because that was before adoption. She then wanted me to reschedule so I can bring the paper copy. So I was upset because I drove 30 mins to have my dog groomed. But what annoyed me the most was when I asked for a manager he pulled the store policy card with no proof of said policy; it that they required paper proof of vaccination. But they were just willing to accept my phone proof if the doctor’s name was on all his shots in the app. Even when I told him that my puppy had a bath at petsmart before, his response was that they are affiliated with Banfield so they can see the records. Uh really so therefore the records are valid. I don’t know how educated these people are including the manager because why would Banfield put a fake vaccine date on their app that was not verified. They just did not want to give my puppy a bath. I usually go to PetSmart but I wanted to give them a try. They failed in my book. PetSmart had never given me any problems before and my puppy got his bath from PetSmart with no problems. I have decided never to shop at this store again, my puppy deserves better.

  I have bought black moor gold fish and other goldfish I have bought all my plants and tetra and very nice snails that keep my planted tank so clean . I’m very happy they have help me with fish keeping and maintaining a fresh water aquarium.

  Place is hit and miss could be so much more with alittle tlc I mainly only go for fish/aquarium items the tanks are sometimes good sometimes not so good deff recommend quarantining anything u buy
