The Petco staff is very helpful & FRIENDLY (4 STARS) . The Vetco tech leaves A LOT to be DESIRED (HALF A STAR). Tom doesn't follow the posted hours of service and treats you like he's doing you a favor. If the end of the vet day is 5pm, then it's 5pm, NOT 4.55pm. And the vet shouldn't cow tow to him. Big disappointment. BIG.
