I think it's mainly because they love what they're doing. I get all my pet supplies there and would definitely recommend anyone that has pets or maybe looking for a pet to go to Petco and see what they have in store for you. Thank you Petco for being an amazing store!

Showed up, waited (with others who also had appointments) for 20 mins before being told the groomer left early for the day... without notifying ANY of her booked appointments. The manager made up for it by giving us $5 off our next visit. We show up 2 weeks later and we’re told (by another manager) that the $5 off isn’t valid for grooming. Another example of their lack of communication is... their ADJUSTED store hours (due to the current pandemic) states they’re open every day for curbside pickup until 6pm - it says this on their own answering service. I arrived at 4:30 to a sign ON THE DOOR that says “closing at 4”. Terrible communication. Lazy staff.
