  They shouldn’t even get a 1 star but it doesn’t have that option.I am a very new customer to Banfield my cat has been there 3 times and I normally never write a review but this time I really need to. So here is the story I dropped off my cat at 7:45am to get fixed yesterday. Received a phone call letting me know my cat is ready to be picked up at 4:45pm. I have a half hour drive to get there so I get there and check in to let them know I was here was told to have a seat. The vet came out and spoke to 3 people about their pets. I ask the person in the front if I could take care of my balance so when I get my cat I can leave I was told no the vet is still doing notes in the chart 5:45pm.It is now 6pm and the person that works in the front then tells me at 6:00 that they want to swab my cats ears. I said absolutely no I have been here since 5:15pm and it is 6:08.pm now. So now I am aloud to pay my bill at 6:10pm. Still waiting for my cat received my cat at 6:18pm finally. Then was told I needed to wait for the medication that I have already paid for I asked how long is that going to take another half hour the person that works the front then got nasty and said you don’t want the medication o said yes I do I just paid for that! Then asked for my receipt that has been sitting in the printer she throws it across the counter at me and continued to help the other person and told them she is done cause the lady said help me and get me done she can wait. So at 6:20 I finally received the medication for my cat from a girl in the back told me absolutely nothing when the cat was supposed to receive it only said 1/4 to 1/2 cup of food for tonight and also said that my cat did a great job with getting fixed. If you call someone and tell them your cat is ready to be pick up at 4:45 shouldn’t you be out of there before 6:25pm. I will be calling the manager and the district manager. What horrible customer service. I will be telling all of my staff and the people that I work with no to use there services.

  A special thank you to Dr. Martin, Arianna and Stacy who took wonderful care of my old dog. They treated him and me with compassion and professionalism.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointed with this clinic. The Practice Manager, Wendy, and her staff were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. My cat has a documented vaccine allergy, yet my concerns were ignored and I was treated with blatant disrespect.

  Very nice people, seemed like the genuinely wanted to help my cat Mr.Tickle-Belly but old age go to him. I would recommend seeing veterinarian Dr.Jaworski if you want someone you can trust. Besides that good prices I was expecting a expensive bill $,$$ but it was better than I expecting to be. $$
