I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bond.
Charging $113.50 for a simple "bandage application" is unacceptable, especially given that the bandage fell off within five minutes of leaving the office. We returned immediately, only for it to fall off again minutes later. This raises serious concerns about both the quality of care and the justification for the charge.
Pricing across the visit felt excessive and disproportionate to the service provided. In addition, after my dog was bandaged and brought back to the waiting room, the vet tech realized they had forgotten to administer the vaccines entirely, requiring yet another interruption.
Despite ~$750 in charges, my dog’s ear was not even fully drained. The overall experience felt careless, disorganized, and deeply disappointing.
Given the cost, I expected a far higher standard of care and professionalism. I will not be returning to Bond and will be sharing this experience so others are aware.

We have been taking our dogs to Westside for almost half a a decade. The only reason we take them there, or have ever taken them there is out of location and convenience. The people that work at the front are cold, rude and unprofessional. The doctors are usually nice, but they’re not review worthy. We brought our smaller dog in today, and they “shoo’d” us out of the building because he was scared and looking back. He might not have been had they not been dragging him by his harness, rather than picking him up. They also shared no condolences or showed any care or compassion when our Aussie, who they’ve treated dozens of times, was diagnosed with hemangiocarcoma at another vet. He recently passed away, and I thank God everyday we went to another animal hospital and not Westside. I can’t image my dogs last moments being in a building filled with callous and cold people. If you HAVE to take your dog somewhere, I would recommend this place as the last resort. Poorly trained people working with well trained animals is a backwards anomaly that I don’t recommend you experience.

I think the staff tries their best, but the receptionist condescending tone or even trying to do a follow up for emergency care felt impossible. I did not feel they cared for my pets health, I tried multiple routes to work with them as I had already spent a lot of money on tests but I ended up having to switch practices. Their facility does look nice! One extra thing is they struggled a LOT to take a sample of blood from my cat which left him extremely scared. Just beware
