Bond Vet — Noho brings primary and urgent care to the dogs and cats of NoHo in Manhattan. Our modern and friendly vet clinic is on Broadway between Great Jones & E. 4th Street. Bond Vet created the concept of urgent care for pets to offer timely, typically same-day treatment for a wound, a rash, GI issues, coughing, behavioral changes, eye and ear issues, limping or any other non-life-threatening symptoms, at a fraction of the cost of an emergency hospital. We also provide primary care, so you can see us for wellness exams and vaccinations, spay-neuter, and those dreaded “uh-oh” moments. Our mission at Bond Vet is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — we know that pets and people haven’t always enjoyed vet visits, and we don’t think it has to be that way. Bond Vet brings veterinary medicine into the modern world, making it convenient and easy to get the high-quality vet care you need. You can bring your pet in after work, on weekends or during your lunch break, and you can book the appointment online or over the phone, or you can walk in for urgent care. Our highly trained and collaborative veterinary team handles a range of cases, from routine, primary care (annual wellness visits, vaccines, spays/neuters, dental cleanings, mass removals) to more timely and unique cases, such as specialty orthopedic surgeries, conjunctivitis and other urgent care issues. During your visit, you and your pet will feel comfortable in our friendly and welcoming clinic, thanks to natural light, padded furniture, complimentary treats, toys, and a compassionate veterinary team that provides best-in-class veterinary care to your pet. Thanks to the proprietary technology that powers our clinics, our clients enjoy a seamless experience — medical records are easily accessible, and it’s easy to connect with our vets via chat, telehealth, and same-day booking. Because we know price matters when it comes to treatment, we’re upfront with costs, and we offer several paths forward, with pricing for diagnostics or next steps for each option. We won’t pressure you into doing more than you’re comfortable with, and we’ll save you time by helping you file pet insurance claims. Bond Vet is a new kind of veterinary experience that’s better for pets and their people, and we’re excited to meet and treat the pets of NoHo and Downtown New York. Come by for primary or urgent care at Bond Vet - NoHo, located at 688 Broadway. Book online, call us or walk in. bondvet.com

Disappointing Experience—Great Doctor, but Excessive Upselling and Fee Issues
I was drawn to this clinic by the free check-up offer for new patients and brought my puppy in due to soft stools.
The veterinarian who treated my puppy was great and knowledgeable. Fortunately, I have experience with dogs, so when faced with an initial recommendation for a battery of tests and procedures that totaled over $1,500, I insisted on starting with a stool check. The quick test confirmed a parasite, and the doctor promptly prescribed the necessary medication. We also completed a heartworm test.
Prescription and Weight Issues
The heartworm preventative is now a separate, ongoing hassle. My puppy weighs 24.6 pounds, and the vet has refused to approve a full prescription for either the "up to 25 lbs" dose or the "over 25 lbs" dose. Since these are the only two sizes available, I'm now forced to find a different vet just to get the required monthly preventative.
Poor Customer Service and Upselling
Beyond the medical complications, I was disappointed by the blatant upselling and refusal to honor their promotion:
• Pushed Brand: The staff strongly pushed the Hill's Science Diet kibble, a brand the clinic appears to be sponsored by.
• Refused Free Check-up: When I brought up the advertised free check-up, the front desk informed me I didn't qualify because I hadn't added a "coupon" when making the initial appointment.
Between the aggressive upsell, the frustrating prescription issue, and the dishonest free check-up offer, this clinic has lost two patients (I have two dogs). I would not return to this clinic or recommend it.
