Bond Vet Hell’s Kitchen is a modern and friendly veterinary clinic offering primary and urgent care. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — a simple concept that permeates everything we do. We know pets and people don’t really look forward to going to the vet, so we’ve reimagined the experience from the ground up. Our clinics are warm and welcoming, with neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture. We have an in-house tech team to build better, more seamless veterinary technology that makes it easy for pet parents to book appointments and vets to log records and communicate with clients. We offer options and upfront pricing when it comes to diagnostics and next steps.

A shame, at the begining they make me singning a quotation with all costs and then they put us in a room and they take other appointments, so I had to leave after waiting 30 minutes … Big attention to money no attention to animals

Extremely disappointed with BondVet on 45/10th. I called Saturday because unfortunately my cat that was suffering from cancer took a turn for the worse and wasn’t going to make it to his Monday euthanasia appointment. I called and asked if there was any way I can bring my cat in to be euthanized because was not going to make it through the night. I didn’t want him to suffer any more than he already was. The receptionist who I spoke with flat out just denied my request and just stated they had no available appointments and I should go elsewhere. Now I understand that and as someone who was a vet tech myself for 10 years I also understand having empathy and compassion for people in times of need. So instead of trying to help in this difficult time and ask the doctor if they could accommodate with the request I was flat out turned away without a second thought. I understand there is a schedule for a reason, what I don’t understand is how someone in the animal care industry can lack such compassion and empathy for someone asking for help.

Really incompetent care for something that should not be that hard. Is frustrating to sirens the money when they really can't do something as simple as treat a rescue puppy for worms.

I think the vets here are probably good and well-meaning, but the way the business is set up seems like it doesn’t benefit the pets. I took my dog here maybe 4? times out of convenience when her normal vet was booked, and I regret it. I think there’s something about a small-business longterm vet that’s important, that has a relationship with your animal. I found a lack of wisdom. My dog was really sick, and she wasn’t going to get better. Her normal vet clocked this as soon as we walked in - I took her straight there after feeling like something at Bond was off. The way they present tests and care, literally checking or unchecking boxes with the cost estimate, doesn’t set the dog up for good care. I want a vet who can read the situation and tell me what to prioritize. When I brought her back to her normal vet, there were a lot of things that Bond either didn’t catch or mention. They didn’t follow up whatsoever, and about 6 months after she died, I got an email that her visit summary was ready to read in the portal. The other vet- I got a condolences card signed by the entire staff, full of heartfelt and touching words and memories they had of her. You deserve care like this! Again, I think these are probably good doctors, but the format of this (and places like it) degrades the care. It might not be obvious at first, and is probably fine to pick up prescriptions or just run in every once in a while, but the convenience comes at a price. If your dog needs care urgently, there’s VEG and other emergency rooms. Otherwise I would just find and develop a relationship with a neighborhood vet that you can call (even when you’re just worried and not sure anything is wrong) and they can hear your concerns and tell you to come in or not.
