I am writing this with a heavy heart after having to euthanize my 14-year-old dog, Lyla, following a deeply frustrating experience with Bond Vet. We took Lyla into the FiDi location last Thursday for a paw issue. During the visit, she had an adult blood panel and a Lepto vaccine, totaling $500. While the vet seemed attentive and noted a heart murmur—which was surprising as no previous vet had ever mentioned it—the follow-up care was non-existent. I dropped off a urine sample on Friday and specifically asked to expedite the results because Lyla’s health seemed to be declining rapidly after the visit. I was promised results by Monday at the latest. Since Monday, we have been stuck in a communication nightmare. The issues we faced: Inaccessible Staff: Their phone system leads to an incredibly frustrating AI assistant that claims no one is available and tells you to "reach out directly," yet provides no other way to do so. Unmonitored Channels: We attempted to email, only to receive an automated reply stating the inbox is not monitored. Zero Follow-through: It is now Thursday—a full week since our visit—and we still have not received the results we paid for or a single return call. Lyla grew weaker every day following her appointment, and we were left completely in the dark during her final moments. This is a corporate setup that clearly prioritizes profit and "efficient" automation over actual pet care and communication. If you value your pet’s health and your own peace of mind, please do not take them here. Adding this after the Owners response to the review, on Sunday - 9 days after our appointment. The owner has been able to respond to this review, yet we have still not had a call from the vet?!?

Our puppy, Bubbles, got sick during our vacation due to change in food, and we had a great experience with Bond Vet. The team took excellent care of her and did everything they could to make sure she felt better. The front desk staff was especially wonderful she kept us updated throughout the visit and made sure Bubbles was doing okay. We’re very grateful for the care and kindness. Thank you!

The staff at the front were so friendly and personable, I got a great vibe from the start. And Dr. Buchalter was the best vet I have ever been to. She looked over my senior cat like she was her own and was so thorough in caring for my Minnie and her issues. Cannot recommend her enough.

They take excellent care of our German Pinscher and I feel confident recommending them to other pet owners. Our dog is a rescue who gets anxious in vet offices, so making sure he feels comfortable during checkups is really important to us.
