Bond Vet — East Village is a modern and friendly vet located in StuyTown, at 18th and 1st Ave. We specialize in urgent care and primary care, meaning timely medical needs for a rash, diarrhea, limping, coughing or other symptoms that indicate a non-life-threatening health issue as well as preventative care (annual exam, vaccines) For prompt treatment, we offer walk-in appointments, or you can book online. Bond Vet’s mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — we know pets and pet parents typically don’t look forward to vet visits, and we don’t think it has to be that way. We reimagined the experience, with warm and welcoming clinics, neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture.

Bond Vet has been caring for my highly anxious dog for several years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Every visit, the entire team is incredibly patient, compassionate, and genuinely understanding of his anxiety. They never rush him, always explain what they’re doing, and go out of their way to accommodate his needs, which makes a world of difference for both my dog and me. We were there again last Monday for his annual shots and exam and the visit took about 2.5 hours — something I deeply appreciated because it showed how committed they were to making sure he was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Kirsten Wong was the primary vet treating my pup, with Stephanie as the tech, and they were both absolutely amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and calm energy made what could have been a very stressful appointment feel manageable and reassuring. I’m so grateful to have a vet team I trust so completely with my anxious pup.
