They were extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I was super impressed by the affectionate way they handled the kitten. When you see dozens of animals I’m sure it’s easy to start to treat them like products on an assembly line, but they treated Ketzle like the first kitten they’d ever seen.

And the ai transfer to agent queue quotes incorrect times. Stated 6 min wait time for 20 + min hold and I still didn’t speak to anyone. You can’t even speak to anyone for any reason now.
