We switched vets and started going there after our dog had a vaccine reaction scare and their staff checked his vitals on the spot and let us go free of charge. Another time when our dog ate something he shouldn’t have, their staff told us to skip the vet appointment and go straight to an emergency animal hospital, rather than charging us the vet fee they could’ve.

They were extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I was super impressed by the affectionate way they handled the kitten. When you see dozens of animals I’m sure it’s easy to start to treat them like products on an assembly line, but they treated Ketzle like the first kitten they’d ever seen.
