  The staff at Mamaroneck Vet Hospital were fantastic. Between the Vet, assistants, management and reception I had a great experience bringing my cats for their first exam. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and super supportive. As a first-time pet owner, it was a relief to have such a nice experience. Thanks for everything!

  Friendly staff | Average vet | Time wasting, over priced, and unprofessional service. You can get much higher quality care for your beloved pet for less money. It took me 12 calls over 22 days to get my dog's prescription approved (which according to the vet, was a very routine allergy prescription). I didn't know we were required to purchase from their specific pharmacy; which for my pet's specific prescription, was 67% more expensive than other pharmacies. I don't mind paying premium prices for premium service. However, they charged me $98 for a feces examination which, after asking twice for, I never received a report. I feel like my pet had to suffer discomfort for longer because they were un-coordinated and very resistant to approve the prescription so I may purchase the meds at a different pharmacy. I also feel cheated for paying almost $100 for something and not receiving any analysis.

  After receiving injections at this clinic, the cat developed significant swelling on her back and became ill shortly afterward. What was most concerning was the clinic’s response. When the family contacted them for help and guidance, they denied any responsibility and were not willing to see the cat again or assist in any way. Whether the reaction was related to the injections or not, you would expect a clinic to help when a patient has complications. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, so I would think twice before trusting my pet to this place.

  RECCOMENDING❤️Amazing experience for a first time dog owner! I felt very welcomed and very safe in the environment with my dog. I don’t have a lot of experience with a dog which going there for his shots was very amazing they explained what he needed how much it is and all that I need also a goodie bag for my dog amazing recommend this to everyone❤️👍
