    RECCOMENDING❤️Amazing experience for a first time dog owner! I felt very welcomed and very safe in the environment with my dog. I don’t have a lot of experience with a dog which going there for his shots was very amazing they explained what he needed how much it is and all that I need also a goodie bag for my dog amazing recommend this to everyone❤️👍

    My french bulldog was having chest pains and pain in his front paws (Thursday) (what I would come to find out less than 48 hours later is IVDD). I am not blaming them or the vet for not knowing. My boy was very excited when he went and it would have been hard to diagnose. My biggest issue is I was told that I would get a call or even an email with my blood work done the next day. I had not gotten anything. I took my dog to Gaurdian (a specialist ER) at about 7am on Saturday. The ER needed his blood work to make sure everything would be good prior to surgery. I called and was given IMMEDIATE attitude when I said I needed it. The guy asked if it was an emergency and yes, my dog is going into immediate spinal surgery so yes I think that classifies as urgent. I asked if they would know or if there was any notes that his blood work was okay and again received attitude. This was a simple phone call that could have been had so I knew how he was. Horrible service. Never ever will come here again or recommend this place.

    I’ve been coming here for years with my pets!! I have a very aggressive and large dog and they so kindly squeezed me in when he started limping. They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Dr. Kremmerman, Malik, Diana and the front desk staff (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!!) were absolutely wonderful and made this process so much less stressful. I had been dreading coming in to get the help he needed because of his aggression. I’m so incredibly glad I came. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart!!! Prices are extremely reasonable and staff goes above and beyond to cater for you and your pets’ specific needs!
