- J2justlizz 20Dec 21, 20251.0My french bulldog was having chest pains and pain in his front paws (Thursday) (what I would come to find out less than 48 hours later is IVDD). I am not blaming them or the vet for not knowing. My boy was very excited when he went and it would have been hard to diagnose. My biggest issue is I was told that I would get a call or even an email with my blood work done the next day. I had not gotten anything. I took my dog to Gaurdian (a specialist ER) at about 7am on Saturday. The ER needed his blood work to make sure everything would be good prior to surgery. I called and was given IMMEDIATE attitude when I said I needed it. The guy asked if it was an emergency and yes, my dog is going into immediate spinal surgery so yes I think that classifies as urgent. I asked if they would know or if there was any notes that his blood work was okay and again received attitude. This was a simple phone call that could have been had so I knew how he was. Horrible service. Never ever will come here again or recommend this place.

They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Dr. Kremmerman, Malik, Diana and the front desk staff (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!!) were absolutely wonderful and made this process so much less stressful. I had been dreading coming in to get the help he needed because of his aggression. I’m so incredibly glad I came. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart!!! Prices are extremely reasonable and staff goes above and beyond to cater for you and your pets’ specific needs!

The nurses and doctor were great and showed a lot of love to my little furry guy and even sent us home with a kitten kit ! Would highly recommend them

Practice manager and office staff are poorly trained and make mistakes without accountability. Reservations are lost two days before boarding. They say it’s because of all the new people there. No remedies are offered. You’re left on your own to find someplace else
