- LLLejlaJan 3, 20261.0Dr. Ordas is excellent with my cat. He is gentle, compassionate, and has great bedside manner. Unfortunately, the clinic’s management has been frustrating. The staff seems overbooked and overworked, which leads to disorganization and poor communication. Nothing appears to be digitized, and even after two months of requests to receive medical records I haven’t received any. Most requests are only partially completed, and there is no clear system/timeframe for discussing lab results with clients, so it takes a long time to get the results back. While everyone is trying to be friendly and I genuinely like Dr. Ordas, these ongoing issues are making me consider switching to a practice that better supports its staff and patients

Dr. Ordas consistently impresses me with his clinical knowledge, amazing bedside manner, intention to talk through all options whenever my pup presents with a problem, and his thoroughness in evaluation. He does not push solutions or care he doesn’t feel is necessary at the time, which I greatly appreciate and value. The vet techs are so, so sweet with my Shea and treat her with great care. The front desk ladies are always kind to us and often come over to give some love to my dog as if she were one of their own. I recently moved out of the neighborhood and still make the trip back to SCV because that’s how good they are and that’s how comfortable they make myself and my dog feel in their care. Thank you to everyone at the practice!
- ADArman DzidzovicDec 18, 20255.0A really incredible, honest, caring and fairly priced vet. Our cat had a really bad ear infection and was dizzy and falling allover the place. They saw him, went through what might be going on with him, clearly explained what they would do and what the costs would be, sent me home with medicine and called to give me the bloodwork results and were checking in on his progress. Two days before this I took him to another vet down the street who charged us way more for doing much less and he left there in much worse shape than before, after we took him to Steinway court he improved greatly that evening.
