  Overall got good care for my dog. However, I strongly disliked some of the way the front office staff interacted with the pet owners. Felt like they were very annoyed all the time. If you're okay with that this is a good place to go. Would personally rather spend a little more money for kinder people. Went to a different vet because I made "too late" of an appointment for a health certificate and the other vet was WAY nicer and actually cheaper.

  Went to this location for the first time since we were looking for a USDA accredited vet for international travel. We're not from the area but this place is AMAZING. From the start, the team helped us figure out all that was needed. Everyone is super knowledgable and friendly. They made the process simple and stress free. Fair prices compared to a lot of other vets too. If we weren't moving, we would switch to this vet for everything even though its not in our area. Highly recommend!

  I brought my bearded dragon here after seeing that the clinic advertises care for exotic and reptile pets. Based on that representation, I reasonably believed they were equipped to both evaluate and treat reptile patients. I paid $662.88 for an exotic exam, bloodwork, fecal testing, and X-rays, which were completed. The following day, I was informed that my pet would need to be seen by an outside exotic specialist for further care. This limitation was never disclosed prior to the appointment. Had I been told in advance that treatment would likely require referral elsewhere, I would have scheduled directly with a reptile specialist to avoid duplicate consultation fees, additional cost, and unnecessary stress to my animal. When I contacted the clinic about this concern, I was told they are a general practice and do not specialize in any species, which conflicted with the impression given on their website advertising reptile/exotic services. I followed up to request reconsideration of the consultation fee and waited more than two weeks for a response but did not receive one. Greater transparency about care limitations before scheduling would have allowed for an informed decision and prevented unnecessary expense and stress for both my pet and me.

  This was my first time at this office and I would highly recommend them. Though the office was busy, I did not feel rushed in any way and I felt they gave a very thorough and careful exam to my 2 cats. The doctor is a great communicator and allowed plenty of time for me to ask any questions, all of which he answered with clarity and compassion. The price was entirely reasonable, especially when compared to similar vets in the area. While I can't say my cats enjoyed the experience, I will be taking them back for their next annual. 10/10

  The veterinary expertise here is completely undermined by the hostile and unprofessional conduct of the front-desk staff. In just one encounter, it became clear that basic courtesy is non-existent. The receptionist constantly spoke over me and rushed my questions. The breaking point was when I offered a "thank you" and "have a good day," only to have her literally slam the phone down on me without a word. It is a disgrace that a knowledgeable doctor’s practice is represented by someone with such nasty, aggressive behavior. If you expect to be treated with human decency, especially when calling about your pet, look elsewhere. This staff is a liability to the clinic’s reputation.
