- SSSSep 26, 20251.0I pay nearly over $120 for my dog's full grooming which includes brushing of the teeth, nail trimming, deshedding, etc. There have been numerous occassions that they DID NOT TRIM my dog's nails and I was nice about it - reminding them that my landlord lives under me. But after awhile it was getting ridiculous. My hard earned money to go towards a bath where now I had my suspicions - are they even doing everything they say they're doing? So, I called them and they retorted back that they did perform the nail trim - and Lo and Behold, this time I took pictures and they told me to send it to their gmail account. From a gmail account to another gmail account, pictures download well - so for the Manager to say it didn't download/couldn't see it - it's a load of BS. They proceed to say come in and I do, and the entire staff is glaring and whispering about me. The Manager takes my dog and "trims" her nails. When I mean trim - he took a grinder and briefly took it to each nail. At this point I didn't want to stand there and waste my time or breath for people who clearly didn't want to do their job nor had any decency to correct their wrongs. If you want to make sure your dog is properly being groomed - go to another Petco if you must. (I wanted my free grooming since I was a couple of visits away so I just finished them up in a different Petco. And OH MY GOSH - THEY ACTUALLY TRIMMED HER NAILS!!!) PS - I've been bathing her myself at Woofer Wash and it's about $35 for a self wash for an entire hour. Everything you need included. Go support a local business instead of this tragedy they call a service. Don't come here. Don't waste your hard earned money on their ridiculous prices and lack of decency. You guys may be conveniently located but that's all that is.

She did exactly as I asked. My little girl Coco was also very calm and happy when I picked her up. I’ve already booked my next appointment. I recommend Jay from Petco for grooming .

I consider us very lucky to have him in our lives. He is the kindest most caring person that I have ever met towards myself and my dog. You could not ask for a better employee at your store. I will never use anybody else.

The staff is very courteous and had very good knowledge about dog breeds – – they certainly were aware of the unique needs of a Shiba. Place was clean and my CiCi looked fabulous!
