Lorraine is rude. Se walks away when trying to talk to her, hides from getting fish and always seems like people are bothering her by asking for fish. The other girl that helped us (didn't catch her name) was very rough with netting and transporting fish, even giving us a half dead fish, and when pointed out simply returned it to the tank. Dead fish floating, employees walk by, bettas all struggling...no care. Painted shells in with hermit crabs. Don't waste your time, go to NHP location where there are caring, engaged employees who actually know fish ( Shannon and Frankie shout out)
