- MFMaurice FowlkesApr 13, 20261.0Terrible experience with my pup .. they took almost 5 hours on a dog that is 20 pounds just to call me saying they couldn’t finish because of Matted hair . When I dropped my dog off the lady felt on my dog body and she said it wasn’t no severe matts around her body it was only like her armpit area which I usually have them cut off anyways . When I picked my dog up you could tell they didn’t properly blow dry my dog and possibly didn’t wash her properly . I also had the nail trim and teeth brush in the package and none of that was done . Also when I came to pick my dog up the groomer that was supposed to be doing the grooming wasn’t no where to be found .
