I mainly purchased Greenie Pill Pockets and Fortiflora for my two cats. I never took note of what was stated on their receipts until recently. I had earned a $10. Off coupon on my next visit between the dates of October 3 and October 24. Today is October 24....I went in today....thinking that my coupon expired today, close of business. The cashier apologized and told me that the coupon had expired. I tried reasoning with her...that today wasn't over...and all of my experiences with any coupon....it is the day after the expiration date that the coupon becomes null and void. Nope....not at Petco. My aggravation may seem petty....but because of my experience....I will no longer shop at Petco....their loss.

Of course, I grabbed the wrong thing I needed Royal Cannin PUG food, but grabbed BULL DOG food. The check out associate turned out to be the same person I spoke with on the phone. He asked if I was sure and let me know that I had called about PUG food. He went back and retrieved the correct food. All was well!

I booked an appointment online and it was canceled very quickly. After no response by asking for a good time, I booked another one at 8:30 the next morning. The staff told me the groomer not showed up and asked me to come back at 9:00. The thing is her attitude and poker face. She played as if she were not a staff of Petco and had nothing to do with the business. Please don’t show availability if the appointment cannot be made successfully. Some staff just don’t show their professional service attitude.
