I took my dog there for the vaccination clinic. It was chaotic, and my dog was terrified by all of the confusion. The techs who took care of the vaccines were good, but the person who checked us in was dismissive and unhelpful. We weren't given much information about the actual vaccines, and had to go looking online to figure out what they had given our dog. The cashier when checking out was extremely soft-spoken and difficult to hear with all of the dogs barking, and through the second half of the transaction was distracted by something else in the store and not interacting. All in all it was a poor experience.
