  Dog had to rush to the hospital during grooming visit. I wouldn’t recommend.

  Everyone is patient and kind and friendly and helpful and the doctor always gives you enough concern time and attention make sure you understand or also make sure you have anything else you may want to ask. Also all of the workers the assistant the PA they are all, in the same category of Excellence

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Petco today. I took my dog Princess in for a bath, and she was returned almost the same just smelling like perfume. She still had eye discharge that was not cleaned, and I had previously removed a small knot/matted spot on the front of her hair that had dirt trapped in it, but it was still there when I got her back. It doesn’t seem like they properly groomed or paid attention to basic details. Also, the front area of her hair was not trimmed at all, even though I was under the impression that this service was included with the bath. Overall, it felt rushed and careless. I expected much better care and attention to detail.

  This location is one of the best. Today we went to the store to pick up a few fish to add to our aquarium along with a few items for our cat. Francesca was so nice and kind and she helped us pick out the perfect fish to add. While Francesca was telling us about a few of the plants as well Desiree stepped in to take over. Desiree was so bubbly and she had us laughing the whole time. She gave us a few pointers about what fish would be a perfect addition and she also shared how she plans on ordering more fish so customers can have a bigger variety. Desiree also convinced us to buy a new plant for the tank and Francesca let us know how we could take it out the pot to let it float or we could leave it inside and just place it in the tank. They were both amazing. The store was busy as lots of events were going on but Francesca & Desiree made us feel so important & so special. The store was also clean and didn’t have that pet smell that usually gives me a headache. Everything was neat and in its place. Moving forward this will be the location we attend to make our purchases for our pets. Thank you both again!!!!
