They had availability that morning which allowed us to come in that very same day. The staff was friendly and welcoming and we came prepared with a sample to test. We were frustrated that we seemed to be forgotten about because a puppy arrived for their first visit. We waited over an hour for our test results which definitely do not take that long while everyone on staff fawned over the puppy arrived after us was seen, and left before we did. This was frustrating me and anxiety inducing for my dog who was already not feeling well. I hope in the future they prioritize the order in which patients arrive and are more considerate.
