I've always had a experience but I was very needy on this trip and they exceeded customer service. Jen was particularly helpful to me, I had a broken wrist and really needed to load up on supplies for my 6 animals so it was quite a shopping trip.... I was helped to the car I was helped to check out and she checked on me in the store while I was shopping!! I really appreciate all of that, I don't like to be a needy person so it's difficult for me to accept help but this was Very much appreciated and I am very grateful.
