  I recently visited the Vetco clinic inside Petco and overall had a good experience. The store itself was clean, welcoming, and the staff members I interacted with were very helpful. The veterinarian and the veterinary assistant were wonderful — they took their time, explained things clearly, and even shared information about promotions that could help save money. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the check-in experience at the Vetco clinic was disappointing. The gentleman handling check-ins was very short-tempered, unwelcoming, and came across as quite rude. It set a negative tone when arriving, which is tough when you’re already there worried about your pet. I hope management can address the front desk customer service because the veterinary team itself was excellent and deserves recognition. The five stars are for the staff/store and Vetco professional. We were about about to leave and leave. Horrible review

  As always I find what I need and the sales associates are so friendly and welcoming. My associate who rang me up was personable and efficient she was great:))

  My dog loves visiting Petco. He knows exactly where the treats are, and likes to help himself to one and bring it to the cash register for purchase. The staff is always professional and super friendly. And there is never a time that I can’t find what I need there.

  Items were easy to find, stock was good, they had the product I needed. Staff was friendly and courteous too. The store was clean and pleasant to shop in. I’ll definitely go to that location again.
