The manager is always questioning your purchases as if your going to eat these pets for instance, if you want to buy fish, birds or guinea pigs you need to 1) show images of your tanks, cages, etc. 2) You need to buy their cages even if they are $300+ since the one you own apparently isn't up to their standards. INSANE right!!! really losing out on business here. If I want to buy a fish or several why do I have to show proof of their tanks. Also, Facebook marketplace has great deals on tanks and cages so why would I need to spend $300 plus here when I can save $200 on FB. I was denied to take 3 fish due to possible fighting so what, its a 29 cent fish. The manager definitely takes his job way too seriously. Makes you never want to come back to the store. Guarantee this store will go out of business by how the manager runs things. Cant even buy a pet without getting constantly bombarded with questions and having to show proof of where the pet will live. As I'm reading some reviews, I'm questioning if he's racially profiling hispanics, since it seems only hispanic people who leave reviews here are getting denied these pet purchases. Hmmmmm interesting 🤨 will be seeking a new pet store such a shame since I buy all my dog items here and have been a frequent costumer for years.
