The pet manager or whatever bs that was refused to sell me the birds just because the cage was too small for 4 birds. Which in the meantime they sell me the cage there with 4 birds and told me that the cage was good for up to 5 birds They were asking me to show them pictures of my cage and they wanted me to buy a 399 cage. I told the guy that he will get in trouble because 2 of my birds died so when I told him that he didn't like it and that is why I was buying 2 more because my son was desperately crying and he didn't care he basically told me that since I told him he was gonna get in trouble he refuse to sell me the birds literally saying I don't want to sell you the birds he sayed to go someplace else and was very rude. I ask for the store manager and he sayed he is not around and he also sayed even if the store manager says yes he didn't authorized the sell like he is the owner of the store. So I decided to go to pet smart and had a wonderful experience. They didn't even ask me or harassme asking me to show them pictures of my cage like they did in petco. I was very happy in and out with 3 birds. So to petco owner people like that shouldn't be working at your store .
