They keep blaming a third-party delivery vendor and say they’re “waiting for the storm to calm down” so deliveries can resume. It’s been nearly two weeks—how long does it take to prepare for a storm? There’s zero accountability and no urgency to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.
