- CGClaudia Gonzalez3 days ago1.0These people act like they dislike dogs, cats and people. Drove 30mins to be told my cat could not be seen due to us not having a carrier. However, the cat was seen without a carrier the tome before. Dave and Dr.Caffrey seemed like they just wanted to go home on a Friday afternoon. At no point during their confirmation messages it stated the cat needed a carrier. These people are so incompetent, the lady before me was shocked her dog has not gotten a rabies vaccine for 2 years and no one caught on while she thought her dog had it.The turnover at this location is insane. You see someone different every time. Waited 15mins because two people at the front could not figure out how to solve one problem. Hire people who actually like pets and their job
